Families with disabled children are being let down by the Government - they are under massive strain, struggling to travel long distances for basic services. Many families travel over 4,000 miles a year for services like schools and respite care.
MPs are discussing a new law in England that could help - but so far the Government's plans won't help 8 out of 10 disabled children.
